Learn the basic principles of Somatics and how to use safe and easy Somatic movement techniques to release tight back, waist, hip and leg muscles resulting from stress, injury or habit to promote ease of movement, flexibility, and relief from pain

Somatics is a safe, gentle and common sense approach to releasing tight muscles and aids in reversing pain and stiffness while creating freedom through gentle controlled movements.
Learn basic movements that aid in releasing tight and painful shoulders, necks, backs, legs and hips so you can continue to do the things you love to do!
Workshop size (at Klerity Yoga) is limited to 5 participants allowing for individualized attention. No previous experience is required. This is also a good refresher for those who have taken previous workshops!
NOTE: PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE STAIRS AND LIE ON A MAT ON THE FLOOR.
Each Participant will also receive an instructional Somatic Movement Handout so they can continue their practice at home
